Understanding the insight, GAPIT Media developed a communication strategy that evoked the feelings, worries and anxieties of young people who are facing the threshold of adulthood. Through the TVC, NAPAS reaffirmed itself as a convenient, fast and secure payment method; and also as a means to help young people overcome financial difficulties and open up more to those around them.

Young adults were one of the main users of the payment solutions that NAPAS offered. NAPAS shared the empathy with people who have had many thoughts and invisible pressures in their twenties. Therefore, when launching the TVC, NAPAS wanted to become a companion for young people on their journey of growing up and moving towards the future.

With the key message: “With NAPAS, grow up and fear nothing!” (Có NAPAS, lớn rồi ngại gì!), NAPAS hoped that the TVC would be an effective tool to increase the brand awareness, create a ripple effect, attract users to open and use cards and payment gateway.

To solve the problem above, GAPIT Media implemented communication activities, promoting the campaign on NAPAS’s social media platforms:

  • Collaborated with singer Hoang Dung and composer Bui Cong Nam to produce TVC
  • Created viral content lines on Social Media platforms (Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook …)
  • Organized a MiniContest “Có Napas, ngại gì trưởng thành” (With Napas, don’t be afraid to grow up!)
  • Designed AR Filter & Main image/video set for the Contest
  • Booked KOLs / influencers, Hot pages to share MV on Social Media channels
